Chinese Annals of Mathematics (CAM), founded by Prof. Su Bu-Chin in 1980, is a comprehensive
international mathematical journal carrying original papers on pure and applied mathematics. It aims
at presenting latest achievements in mathematical research and promoting international academic
exchanges. From 1983 onwards, CAM is being published in two series: Series A published bimonthly
in Chinese, Series B published quarterly in English. Papers published in Series A (or B) do not
appear in Series B (or A). Both Series A and Series B are distributed all over the world.
The present Editorial Board is headed by Prof. Li Ta-tsien as Editor-in-Chief who is a member
of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The Editorial Board consists of 30 outstanding mathematicians,
including 16 Academicians from various countries such as China, the United States, France, Sweden,
Canada etc and 2 Fields Prize winners. Besides, 5 famous mathematicians are invited as its Honorary
Editors.
CAM publishes original research papers from all parts of the world. It pays much attention in
soliciting papers from scholars who are working actively in the frontiers of mathematical research.
As an international journal of mathematics, CAM Ser.B has attained high recognition in the community
of mathematics for its good quality. CAM is abstracted/indexed in many periodicals or data bases
such as Mathematical Reviews, Zentralblatt für Mathematik, Science Citation Index, Chinese Science
Citation Index.
The Office of the Editorial Board is situated at the Institute of Mathematics of Fudan
University, one of the top research institutes of mathematics in China. Manuscripts for publication
in CAM Ser.B could be sent either to a member of the Editorial Board with similar interest or
directly to the Office of the Editorial Board. The research interest, writing and E-mail addresses
of each member of the Editorial Board are listed in the first issue of each year.
According to a cooperation agreement between the Editorial Board of CAM and World Scientific
Publishing Company, from Volume 22(2001) onwards, CAM Ser.B will be jointly published by Shanghai
Scientific & Technological Literature Publishing House (China) and World Scientific Publishing
Company (Singapore), and exclusively distributed in all countries except China by World Scientific
Publishing Company.
