Submission
Papers appearing in the journal comprise expository or review articles, articles on new research results, or a combination of both, which should contain original information, theoretical or experimental, on multidisciplinary research in Science and Mathematics. Articles should be well written and have sufficient details so that they are accessible to readers from other disciplines. See Call for Papers for a list of topics sought.
Manuscripts that are clearly typed, double-spaced, with an ample margin around the text, may be submitted:
- via web-based online submission system
- by post (in triplicate, and each page printed on one side of A4 papers) to any of the Managing Editors:

Each submitted paper will be acknowledged and refereed.
Upon publication, a pdf of the published paper will be sent to the main author of each contribution.
Manuscripts
Only papers submitted in English will be considered for publication. The submission of a paper implies that the paper is not being considered for publication by other journals and has not published in any other publications previously. Once a paper is accepted for publication in COSMOS, the author is assumed to have transferred the copyright to World Scientific.
Papers must be submitted with the following clearly stated: the title and type of paper, and the names, full address(es), fax number(s) and e-mail address(es) of the author(s).
Abstract should not be more than 150 words long and should be a concise summary of the contents of the article.
Keywords should also be provided.
References should appear as superscript numerals in order of appearance within the text. They will be listed according to the designated numbers at the end of the text, beginning on a separate sheet. Journal titles should be abbreviated. Single-word journal titles should be spelled out in full. Complete information should be given for each reference, including titles of journal articles, names of all authors and editors, and inclusive of page numbers.

Illustrations and Photographs such as line drawings and halftones (gray scale) illustrations are to
be in high resolution. The requirements are:
- 600 dpi for line drawings (black and white).
- 300 dpi for halftones (gray scale) – do not convert from colour images as they reproduce very poorly.
- All labels/annotations to be sharp and clear for reproduction. Easy-to-read typeface/font like Arial, Helvetica or Times Roman are recommended.
- A softcopy of the illustrations in either eps, ps, tif, format, preferable on a PC platform, is to be provided.
- If soft copies are not available, authors are requested to submit good original glossy prints for clear reproduction. Black and white photographs are strongly preferred and must be sharp.
Figures should be numbered in arabic numerals in the order of appearance in the text. The caption should be set below each figure. (The size of printed figures cannot exceed 5 by 7.5 in.)
Tables should be numbered in arabic numerals in the order of appearance. Every table must a caption, which should be typed above each table.
Common abbreviations such as Equations(s) -- Eq./Eqs., Figure(s) -- Fig./Figs., Reference(s) -- Ref./Refs. and Section(s) -- Sec./Secs are to be used.
Latin words are italicized, for example, et al., a priori, in situ, ibid, etc.
