1. Submission
This Journal encourages electronic first submissions via email. In the event of a hard copy submission, two copies of 1.5 line spacing need to be sent to one of the editors with a cover letter stating that the paper contains original unpublished research not under consideration elsewhere.

To facilitate double blind refereeing, only the first page should contain the author's name and contact details. The title should be repeated on the second page, which should also contain an abstract. Word for Windows files are preferred, though Latex format is also acceptable. If submitted articles are in PDF format, please include the first page of the article in a separate file. No submission fee is charged.

Submissions should be sent to:

Dr Guang-Zhen Sun
Dept. of Economics, Monash University
Clayton, VIC 3800, Australia
Email:guang-zhen.sun@buseco.monash.edu.au

OR

Dr Christis Tombazos
Dept. of Economics, Monash University
Clayton, VIC 3800, Australia
Email:christis.tombazos@buseco.monash.edu.au

2. Refereeing Process
As far as possible, a double blind referee process will be used to achieve fairness. Two review reports will normally be solicited. A defense opportunity will be given to the authors if they disagree with the referees. In the case of contradictory review reports, the editor may seek a third party opinion. Prompt editorial decisions will be attempted.
