1. Authors should submit their papers electronically in plain tex or standard AMS tex or Latex to the managing editor via e-mail: accardi@volterra.uniroma2.it; in addition to the tex file, authors should also send dvi or ps file to the managing editor. Authors can also send their papers to any of the editors or associate editors via e-mail.
2. Papers should be limited to 25 pages though occasionally longer papers will be accepted. The abstract should be less than 200 words. Keywords and AMS Subject Classification of the papers should also be given.
3. Priority of publication will be given to papers with less than 10 pages and/or on current topics.
4. Ten reprints of each published paper will be supplied free of charge.
5. Submission of a paper indicates a tacit understanding that the paper is not under consideration for publication with other journals. Once a paper is accepted, authors are assumed to cede copyrights to the paper over to the publisher.
