1. For regular papers, contributors should submit manuscripts in camera-ready version (only electronic submission in PDF or POSTSCRIPT files) to the Associate Editors-in-Chief, Drs. Ioannis Hatzilygeroudis and Sokratis Makrogiannis. Proposals for Special issues, it should be addressed to the Editor-in-Chief, Professor Nikolaos G. Bourbakis.
2. Submission of a manuscript implies that the paper has not been published and is not being considered for publication in another journal.
3. Once a paper has been accepted for publication in this journal, the author is assumed to have transferred the copyright to World Scientific Publishing Co.
4. All submitted papers will be acknowledged and refereed. They will not be returned to the authors.
5. Camera-ready manuscripts are to be prepared according to the instructions provided. Submission of camera-ready manuscripts implies that the manuscripts are in their final form and will not be edited by the publisher or returned to the author for proofreading before publication. Deviations from the instructions will cause publication delay.
6. Besides the PDF file, contributors must provide the source file, tex or MS word files and eps files for figures of their article.

8. There will be no page charge for the journal.
9. A pdf version of each published article/paper will be provided to the first-named author/corresponding author free-of-charge in lieu of the offprints. Purchase orders for offprints can be made during submission of manuscripts.
