The International Journal of High Speed Electronics and Systems
(IJHSES) publishes Special Issues in broad areas of high speed
electronic and optoelectronic devices, circuits, and systems.
Each special issue is edited by a Guest Editor (or Guest Editors) and
is also published as a book by World Scientific Publishing Company
(WSPC) as a part of the book series "Selected Topics in Electronics
and Systems." The 2 to 3 page proposals for special issues should be
submitted to one of the co-Editors-in-Chief (with copies sent to the
Editor-in-Chief and to the Technical Editor). These proposals should
include:
- Name(s) and affiliation(s) of Guest Editor(s)
- Brief vita of Guest Editor(s) (IEEE style)
- Title of the special issue (book)
- Estimated number of pages
- Estimated date of completion
- Table of contents
- Brief description and justification
The proposals will be reviewed and accepted or rejected within two
months from the date of receipt.
The manuscripts must be in the camera-ready form. The IJHSES style
file in TeX with instructions for preparing the manuscript. These instructions can be also viewed at
http://nina.ecse.rpi.edu/shur/cameraready.html.
Postscript files, Adobe pdf files, and Microsoft Word 6.0 or 7.0 files
are acceptable. Adobe pdf files are preferred.
The Guest Editor(s) should submit two sets of hard copies of the
manuscript and the corresponding diskette to the Technical Editor at
World Scientific Publishing Co Pte Ltd, 5 Toh Tuck Link, Singapore
596224. WSPC will sign a contract with the Guest Editor(s) for the
book version of the special issue. Authors of papers accepted for the
special issues are assumed to cede copyrights to their papers to
WSPC. There is no page charge and 50 free reprints will be provided to the authors.
